Shelters

Stray Feral Rescue is an all-volunteer, no-kill, pet fostering and adoption organization also providing information, education, resources, and advocacy to benefit all animals and the humans who love them. Some of our volunteers are trained as Humane Agents, to assess and investigate animal abuse, cruelty, and neglect, for the state of Minnesota

Feline Rescue (Saint Paul) is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Its primary goal is to provide shelter and care for stray, abused and abandoned cats until they are adopted into suitable homes. Feline Rescue has no paid staff.

Second Chance Animal Rescue (Saint Paul) is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization that incorporated in 1994. They are dedicated to rescuing, caring for and placing homeless dogs and cats. They also educate the public on respect for all animal life, including the importance of spaying and neutering in order to reduce the number of healthy animals euthanized.

Last Hope (Burnsville) is an all volunteer no kill foster based rescue. Foster and Adoption Sites are located in the Southern Suburbs of the Twin City area.
